About
“If you think you are enlightened, go stay with your parents for a couple of weeks.”
-Ram Dass
Hello friends, my name is Meg, and that is one of my favorite quotes. Here is my personal take on it:
“If you think you are enlightened, try living with three teenage daughters.”
I am curious, what is your version?
We are all travelers on the path of spiritual awakening, each at our own distinct stage of the journey.
I am nobody, yet I am everybody. I am a constant work in progress — a perpetual student and a dedicated teacher.
It’s my intention to create a nurturing space where we can connect, share, learn and evolve along this journey. Through blog posts, conversations, and eventually videos and one-on-one sessions, I am committed to accompanying you every step of the way. By bringing mindfulness and awareness into your everyday life, you will experience growth and a reconnection with your life’s passion and purpose.
True peace, joy, and profound contentment can be found when your heart is full of love, compassion, and forgiveness, while your mind remains quiet, free from the endless chatter of the ego. It is in this state that you can fully embrace the present moment, experiencing everyday life with mindful awareness.
I sincerely hope you relish this journey and engage in meaningful conversations.
With boundless love and compassion,
Meg
